To solidify the foundation of the enterprise’s grassroots management and build high-performance team groups, the team leader training camp carefully prepared by the company officially kicked off on March 24, 2025. This training camp gathered 30 elite team leaders from various quality departments and manufacturing departments. They gathered together with the expectation of improving management skills and optimizing team collaboration, jointly starting a journey of capacity enhancement.
At the beginning of the camp, Manager Yang from the General Management Department took the stage to deeply analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by current production and operation. With business expansion and the upgrading of customer demands, as the most grassroots managers of the enterprise, team leaders need to have higher leadership, unity and collaboration capabilities, and innovation capabilities. The training camp aims to improve team leaders’ management capabilities, enhance professional skills, and cultivate innovative awareness through systematic training. It strives to make every team leader an outstanding person in the enterprise, with excellent leadership, sincere unity of team members, flexible response to various work challenges, and leading the team to continue to develop forward.
This training camp introduced a points system to inspire participants’ enthusiasm. Attendance, classroom performance, and homework completion are all included in the points system. Points not only measure learning effectiveness, but also are linked to graduation honors and rewards. Each group quickly got into gear and shined in the team style display session. The team name “Pan Chuang Vanguard Team” is combined with the company, with frequent creativity. “Taking the rock as the foundation to bravely explore, and innovation as the wing to dare to take the lead” expresses everyone’s determination and belief. During the ice-breaking interaction, team cohesion is quietly built.
With the successful conclusion of the opening ceremony, the team leaders have officially embarked on their learning journey.
