Job Description:

1.Responsible for implementing the development work such as optical design, alignment, and testing of relevant projects, and formulating relevant alignment processes and testing methods;

2.Complete optical design work as planned, formulate production plans for relevant optical components, and prepare complete product documents;

3.Design and construction of optical experiments, selection and testing of optical-related equipment;

4.Summarize optical-related problems encountered in the R&D process, propose troubleshooting solutions and formulate relevant rectification measures.

Job Requirements:

1.Majors in Physical Electronics, Physics, Laser Technology, Optical Information Science and Technology, Optical Engineering, etc., with a master’s degree or above from a unified enrollment;

2.More than three years of practical experience in optical system design and alignment, with experience in at least one complete independently responsible project. Those familiar with free-space laser optical system design are preferred;

3.Proficient in professional knowledge related to geometrical optics, proficient in aberration theory related to optical design, and those familiar with physical optics diffraction theory will be given priority;

4.Proficient in at least one optical design software, such as ZEMAX, CODEV, etc., proficient in using professional optical design software for optical path design simulation and calculation;

5.Familiar with at least one stray light analysis software and familiar with polarization optics related theories;

6.Have relevant experience in precision mechanical design, proficient in using tools such as Autocad and SolidWorks;

7.Have the ability to take responsibility for tasks independently, be willing to engage in challenging work, work rigorously with innovative ideas, and have strong learning ability;

8.Have good communication skills, team spirit and professional literacy.
