In March, everything is shining brightly. As the 115th International Women’s Day approaches, to express care for all female employees, the company has carefully planned a series of colorful activities to let warmth and fragrance permeate every “her” workplace life.
The Shanghai factory conveys care with flowers and gifts, and conveys warmth with listening and support.
The Hubei factory area specially invited a team of physicians from a traditional Chinese medicine hospital to the company to conduct a health lecture. In the lecture, the physicians introduced basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine such as TCM health preservation and disease prevention.
After the lecture, the physicians led the on-site employees to practice Baduanjin together. Through this set of traditional health-preserving exercises, it helps everyone relax both physically and mentally and improve their health.
Finally, the physicians also conducted a free medical consultation for the employees present, using diagnostic methods such as pulse-taking to answer everyone’s questions and provide personalized health advice.
The canteen specially provided extra meals for female employees, preparing Wangzai Milk and heart-shaped fried eggs, allowing female employees to feel the warmth and care from the company after their busy work.
In addition, the company also carefully prepared holiday gifts for female employees. These gifts are not only a recognition of the hard work of female employees, but also an encouragement and gratitude to them.
The Hefei factory area specially planned the “Praise of Youth” themed activity, presenting each female employee with a phalaenopsis orchid and a holiday welfare card.
An employee lamented, “The flower language of phalaenopsis is ‘Happiness flies to you’. This gift is both good-looking and meaningful. I will take good care of it to fill the office with the breath of spring.”
Through this Women’s Day activity, the company not only expressed its deep care for female employees, but also enhanced employees’ health awareness and team spirit through innovative activities such as traditional Chinese medicine lectures, Baduanjin experience and expert free medical consultation.
