Management Empowerment Promotes Development —— Management Cadre Training Camp Opens in April!

On April 15, 2025, the opening ceremony and the first lesson of the Management Cadre Training Camp were grandly held at the Training Center. This training camp aims to improve the comprehensive literacy and management capabilities of management cadres and build an efficient and responsible management team. The opening ceremony was rich in content, the on-site atmosphere was warm, and the students participated actively, laying a good foundation for subsequent training and learning.

At the opening ceremony, Manager Yang explained that the original intention of this management cadre training camp is to continuously build a learning-oriented organization. She pointed out that as leaders of departments and business divisions, improving management capabilities is an inevitable requirement for management cadres to adapt to the company’s rapid development and achieve strategic goals.

Subsequently, General Manager Liu of the Optical Fiber Photovoltaic Business Division delivered a mobilization speech for learning. Combining his own management experience, General Manager Liu shared his understanding of “management” in a simple and understandable way, emphasizing that management cadres should have overall thinking, responsibility and team leadership capabilities. General Liu’s speech was inspiring and injected strong learning motivation into the students.

In a warm atmosphere, the first lesson of the training camp officially started. This course specially invited Mr. Hu Jibai, a senior external management training lecturer, to give a special lecture on “Managers’ Role Cognition and Responsibility Undertaking” for the trainees. Through case analysis, interactive Q&A and other forms, Mr. Hu vividly explained how managers can accurately position their roles, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and shared practical management tools and methods. The trainees were fully focused and actively thinking, and the on-site learning atmosphere was strong.

To stimulate the trainees’ learning enthusiasm, this training adopted a point system to encourage everyone to actively participate in classroom interaction. The trainees spoke actively and discussed enthusiastically, showing full learning enthusiasm. After a fierce competition, the first group won the title of “Excellent Group” with its outstanding performance and was rewarded with exquisite gifts.

The successful holding of this opening ceremony and the first lesson marks the official start of the 2025 Management Cadre Training Camp. The trainees have expressed that they will take this as an opportunity to continuously improve their management capabilities and contribute to the company’s high-quality development.
