Fragrant Zong Leaves, Warm Feelings on Dragon Boat Festival — A Documentary of the Company’s Joyful Zongzi-Making Activity on Dragon Boat Festival

The fifth day of the fifth lunar month is the Dragon Boat Festival. Moxa is inserted at the door, and the fragrance fills the house. Eat zongzi and sprinkle white sugar. Dragon boats go into the water merrily. When this nursery rhyme rings in our ears, we know that the Dragon Boat Festival is approaching. In order to promote and inherit Chinese traditional culture, let employees, especially the younger generation, understand and cherish the charm of traditional culture more. A distinctive zongzi-making activity for employees is being lively carried out in the company cafeteria.

At the event site, everyone chatted with each other, helped each other and learned from each other. Some employees made zongzi that looked like small and exquisite pyramids, while others looked like chubby little pillows. Although they come in different shapes, each zongzi carries the employees’ love for traditional culture and their passion for life.

“The fragrance of bamboo leaves wafts, and the Dragon Boat Festival is full of warmth.” This simple sentence is the best interpretation of this activity. Through the group zongzi-making activity, the company demonstrates its humanistic care for employees. It is not only a way of cultural inheritance and team building, but also an effective way to enhance employees’ sense of happiness and corporate cohesion.
